We collect only the information necessary to provide our tribute service:Personal Information: Name, email address, and payment confirmation details.User-Submitted Media: Photos, video clips, and audio recordings of the individual (living or deceased) you wish to memorialize.Instructions: Text inputs regarding the desired message, tone, and biographical details.2. How We Use Your Data (Strict Limitation)
We use your data solely for the purpose of generating your purchased video.No Training: We do NOT use your photos or voice samples to train public AI models. Your data remains isolated to your project.Service Provision: To process your media through third-party AI tools (such as Google Veo, ElevenLabs, or similar) strictly for the creation of your specific order.Communication: To send you the final video file and handle revisions.3. Biometric Data & Voice Cloning
To fulfill your order, we may process biometric data (facial geometry and voiceprints) from the media you upload.Consent: By uploading media, you grant us explicit consent to process this biometric data for the sole purpose of creating the tribute video.Retention: Biometric data is used only during the production process and is permanently deleted from our working files after delivery (see Section 5).4. Representation Regarding Deceased Individuals
By submitting media of a deceased individual, you warrant that:You are the next of kin or an authorized representative of the deceased's estate.You have the legal authority to grant permission for the use of their likeness and voice.You indemnify ForeverMessage.Studio / Forever Message against any claims regarding "Right of Publicity" or unauthorized use of likeness.5. Data Retention & Deletion (Our "Safety Wipe" Policy)
We take data hygiene seriously to protect your privacy.Source Files: Your uploaded photos and audio are removed from our active production servers 5 days after your final video is delivered.Final Video: We may keep a secure backup of the final video file for 6 months in case you lose your copy and need a replacement. After this period, it is permanently deleted.Immediate Deletion: You may request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by emailing [email protected].6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate our service:Storage: Dropbox / Google Drive (for secure file transfer).Payment: PayPal (we do not see or store your credit card details).AI Processing: Third-party AI rendering engines (data is processed ephemerally and not used for model training).7.
